Asystole. At the end of the secondary generalized tonic-clonic seizure (the first six seconds of the page), the EKG shows asystole, which continues for 20 seconds.

The seizure starts maximally in the right parietal region (P4) with rhythmic theta frequencies. Later, there is ictal spread to the right posterior temporal region (T6).
