EEG source estimation in a rare patient with cold-induced reflex epilepsy Volume 22, numéro 4, August 2020

During the seizures, the subject’s abdomen is visibly exposed. He is short of breath but does not lose consciousness. The ictal period marked with red labels refers to 10:24:15-10:24:46 (Seizure #1) and 11:18:16-11:19:01 (Seizure #2). The ictal EEG shows rhythm appearing in the prefrontal lobe and throughout the whole ictal period. The lowfrequency slow rhythms ( and rhythms) appear onthe occipital lobe electrode in the early ictal stage and on the right sphenoid, right temporal lobe, and right frontal electrodes in the mid-late ictal stage.
