(1) No, to date, there is only one report of CDKL5-related encephalopathy with reflex seizures, induced by light or phone.

(2) Rub epilepsy is a type of reflex epilepsy in which prolonged or repetitive cutaneous stimulation induces a seizure.

(3) No, they can occur both in focal epilepsies and conditions of diffuse cortical hyperexcitability.
