Wells’ syndrome is a rare inflammatory dermatosis characterised by recurrent, erythematous plaques resembling cellulitis. Recently, a variety of clinical lesions have been reported, however, subcutaneous nodules are very rare. Here, we describe a patient with Wells’ syndrome who presented with multiple subcutaneous nodules that histologically exhibited eosinophilic panniculitis.
