Lymphomatoid papulosis (LyP), a benign entity of primary cutaneous CD30-positive lymphoproliferative disorders, is characterized histopathologically by infiltrates of large CD30-positive abnormal lymphoid cells [1, 2]. Herein, we report the case of a patient with type D LyP that arose in a mycosis fungoides (MF) patch under maintenance conditions.
