The least common variant of drug-induced vasculitis occurs within the context of anti-neutrophilic cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-mediated small-vessel vasculitis; the implicated drugs include minocycline, the TNF alpha inhibitors, as well as carbimazole [1, 2].
