Superficial epidermolytic ichthyosis (SEI; OMIM No. 146800), previously called “ichthyosis bullosa of Siemens,” is an autosomal dominant keratinization disorder. We report the first case, to our knowledge, of a father and his son who were diagnosed with SEI concomitant with atopic dermatitis.The father had eruptions since the age of six months and blisters when he was six years old.
