Transient acantholytic dermatosis (Grover's disease) is a disorder of unknown origin, although reports assuming associations with internal neoplasia have been made [1, 2]. Recently, calcipotriol has been employed as a useful treatment of the acantholytic component of Grover's disease [3] and of dyskeratotic conditions such as ichthyosis and Darier's disease [4,5].
