A 61-year-old white male presented with a 9-mm, erythematous nodule, in the lateral aspect of his right leg (figure 1A). The lesion had been present for the past nine months, was progressively growing, and was asymptomatic. On dermoscopy (figure 1B), the nodule exhibited a polymorphous vascular pattern composed of glomerular vessels (↑), surrounded by a pink to white halo, looped vessels (*), and flower-like vessels (circle).
