Schnitzler's syndrome comprises a combination of chronic urticaria, fever of unknown origin, arthralgia or bone pain, an elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate, and IgM paraproteinemia. Other frequent symptoms include malaise, weight loss, lymphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly, and hyperosteosis.
