A 67-year-old woman with acute promyelocytic leukaemia began treatment with idarubicin at 20 mg on Day 1, 3 and 5, combined with all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) at 40 mg every 12 hours. On Day 11, she presented with many clear superficial blisters, without inflammation, 1-2 mm in diameter, diffusely affecting the trunk and arms.
