A 50-year-old Japanese female was diagnosed with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma in 2005. She underwent chemotherapy with 8 cycles of R-CHOP and achieved complete remission (CR). Because of bone marrow invasion, she received conditioning with total body irradiation (12 Gy) and high-dose cyclophosphamide (100 mg/kg), and received blood progenitor cells from a related HLA-matched female donor in March 2006.
