An association between porocarcinoma and seborrheic keratosis has rarely been reported [1, 2]. Here, we present a case of a porocarcinoma with hidroacanthoma simplex-like features in association with seborrheic keratosis.An 85-year-old female presented with nodules in a pigmented plaque on her back.
