A 36-year-old woman with Crohn's disease presented with skin eruptions that had developed during treatment with infliximab. Due to therapeutic failure with azathioprine alone, infliximab (5 mg/kg every eight weeks) had been added in June 2008. After the third infliximab infusion, she developed multiple palmoplantar pustules, typical for TNF antagonist-induced paradoxical pustulosis palmoplantaris.
