Glomeruloid haemangioma, characterized by coiled capillary vessels within vascular spaces resembling renal glomeruli, is associated with Castleman disease (CD) and its related disorder, POEMS syndrome [1]. Recently, TAFRO syndrome, a disorder related to multicentric CD, was identified in Japan [2]. However, glomeruloid haemangioma in TAFRO syndrome has not been reported.
