Extramammary Paget's disease (EMPD) is a rare cutaneous adenocarcinoma. It is classified into two categories based on the presence of an underlying malignancy. Primary EMPD is an intraepithelial adenocarcinoma involving the epidermis and cutaneous adnexa [1]. In contrast, secondary EMPD is associated with an underlying visceral malignancy [2].
