The use of intravenous immunoglobulins (IVIg) as a treatment for immune system disorders is well known, but currently debated for the acute stage of toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) [1-4]. Recently, the clinical benefit of IVIg, at substitutive doses, on skin damage in Netherton's syndrome was reported [5].
