A man in his 40s presented with a one-year history of nasal congestion. One year ago, the patient underwent PET-CT and imaging findings revealed soft tissue density in the left nasal cavity. Biopsy showed an infiltrate with a large number of atypical lymphocytes in the deep dermis. Angiocentric and angio-invasive infiltrates could be found. Immunohistochemistry for granzyme B, TIA-1, and CD56 and in situ hybridization for EBER were positive and negative results were obtained for CD30, D-240, CD31, [...]
