Lymphomatoid papulosis (LyP) is a self-healing lymphoproliferative disorder (LPD) characterized by waxing-and-waning papulonodules containing large CD30-positive atypical lymphocytes [1, 2]. Occasionally, LyP develops in patients with other LPDs, especially mycosis fungoides [3].
