Multiple miliary osteoma cutis (MMOC) is a rare but probably under-recognized condition affecting the face of middle-aged women; the condition was recently reviewed in the European Journal of Dermatology[1]. The clinical diagnosis is usually confirmed by a skin biopsy [1, 2].
