A 31-year-old female was admitted to our Department of Dermatology for a cutaneous fistula on erythematous skin of her abdomen. The patient was referred due to the onset of an itchy erythematous papule two days before, and was treated with topical antibiotic and corticosteroid cream (only 2-3 applications).
