Fibro-osseous pseudotumour of the digit (FOPD) is a rare and benign lesion that usually occurs in a hand digit. Various entities, such as subungual exostosis, fibrokeratoma, glomus tumour, and subungual Bowen's disease, occasionally have a similar clinical appearance to that of FOPD, and the differential diagnosis of FOPD is therefore important.
