Recurrence of systemic anaplastic large T-cell lymphoma (ALTCL) is considered a sign associated with poor prognosis [1]. Exclusive cutaneous recurrence is a particularly rare event with unknown behaviour due to the paucity of cases reported to date, most of which included short follow-up periods [2].
