Extramammary Paget's disease (EMPD) is a rare skin carcinoma that typically manifests as well-demarcated, eczematous or crusted plaques. Although, in some cases, these lesions are focally depigmented, EMPD with depigmented macules as the main manifestation is rare [1, 2].
