Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is one of the most common malignant tumors of the skin. Cutaneous SCC is classified into several types and papillary SCC (PSCC) is a rare variant. There have been only seven reports on PSCC [1-4] and the duration of follow-up was short in these cases. We present a case of PSCC with a follow-up of 46 months and review the literature.
