Bullous pemphigoid and systemic sclerosis: an incidental association? Volume 27, numéro 4, July-August 2017

A 85-year-old woman with a seven-year diagnosis of diffuse but stabilized cutaneous systemic sclerosis (SS), that included gastrointestinal and respiratory involvement, was admitted to the Internal Medicine Department for malaise and severe dehydration. Her drug history included only levetiracetam (500 mg/d) and pantoprazole (20 mg/d) that she was taking for epilepsy and gastritis, respectively.
