Extramammary Paget's disease (EMPD) is a type of primary cutaneous adenocarcinoma seen in the genital area and the axilla [1]. Common sites of metastasis for EMPD are the regional lymph nodes (LN) and organs in the regional lymphatic system [2, 3]. Brain metastasis is extremely rare, and very few EMPD cases with brain metastasis have been reported [3, 4].
