The advent of venous thrombectomy and recanalization techniques in the care offer for acute or chronic proximal deep veins thrombosis involves pre-therapeutic morphological assessments using phleboscanner. The protocols, performances and limits of these different techniques are presented here, as well as their diagnostic and pre-therapeutic applications.
