MRI of the cervicodorsal spine in a patient with a granulomatous form of acute schistosomal myelitis. We note a heterogeneous hyperintense T2 signal extending from D6 to D12 in the sagittal plane (A, B), enhanced by contrast product (A, C). In T2 axial images (C, D), note the anteroposterior transverse hyperintense T2 signal, apparently hypertrophic.
