Summary : This article emphasizes the progress achieved in the classification of superficial "angiomas". The grouping of physicians in multidisciplinary groups and the analysis of advances in diagnosis, treatment, biology and genetics within an international society (the ISSVA) have resulted in better management of these "orphan" pathologies. Each type of "angioma" (vascular tumours such as hemangioma or vascular malformations) is described with its specificities and particular therapeutic approach. |
