Summary : Home care and in particular palliative home care in paediatric oncology is not yet often performed. About a case discussion, we try to illustrate the particular aspects of the anticipation concerning the « do-not-resuscitate order » as well as the question about autonomy and palliative chemotherapy, in the relationship to the Leonetti law relative to the patients’ rights at end of life. |
