Summary : The death of a child happens several times a year in our general pediatrics department, most often after several weeks or months of proximity curative, then palliative care. This period always questions our role as caregivers, and our proper position around the child and the family. Early collective discussions and considerations help sharing experience in these difficult situations, as well as helping to adapt care as best as possible, and giving moral support to the team.

Keywords : end of life, general pediatric, shared experience
