Summary : Granulosa cell tumors of the ovary are uncommon. The adult form is characterized by a slow rate of evolution. They are usually diagnosed at their early stage. Juvenile Granulosa cell tumors are more uncommon and more aggressive. Posttherapeutic follow-up requires longer period for their late recidives in the adult form, meanwhile, in the juvenile form the recidives are more frequent and appear rapidly. We report two cases, insisting on the clinical, paraclinical, therapeutic and prognostic particularities.

Keywords : ovary, granulosa, adult, juvenile
