Summary : Evolutionary thinking has little involvement in the teaching of medicine and medical practice in France. However, our practices have evolved in many areas thanks to this thinking. The search for evidence, which is very complex in this area, may lead to hazardous or suspicious speculations, but it is a great opportunity for intellectual stimulation against the ideas formatted by the industry and the healthcare market.
