Summary : The methods and tools of the PTE are well-known ­ behaviourist or constructivist ones, combined as much as needed for the best compromise between the desirable and the possible, in a relationship governed by rules of interpersonal communication, it is an essential issue for primary care. Limiting the discussion to “programs” or “structures” would leave out the main issue, that of therapeutic efficacy, for which each patient must be able to benefit.
