Summary : Understood in terms of a related pathogenic disorder and its inter-subjectivity, narcissistic perversion will be questioned in relation to the real negativity that remains in the psyche of its object of narcissistic choice. Constantly in search of a coherent narcissistic experience, the pervert cannot experience independently from the other, and therefore must protect himself. His defensive work strategy is, therefore, that he never recognizes the other's status but only as a “love object”. The specific clinical setting of pathological suffering in conjugal relations, due to a specific perverse narcissistic relationship, invites us to evaluate the trial disorganizing metapsychological issues plaguing the subject partner and whose morbid aims should not be underestimated. The question of psychotherapy specificity arises. |
