Summary : The authors propose a reflection on the limit between the play and the sexual abuse between children of the same age. The article is first of all based on a bibliographic study of the development of infantile sexuality from various psychoanalytical concepts. The limit between play and aggression will be approached\; at the same time will be based on psychopathologic, sociological, statistical and behavioural criteria. Clinical labels illustrate situations met during full time hospitalization in child psychiatry. The article ends on the necessity of a work associating the therapeutic and educational approach, and on the analysis of counter attitudes of the adults faced with this behaviour. |
