Summary : We discuss our current experience, guided by the practice of psychoanalysis at a hospital in suburban BuenosAires, at a time when a collapse of institutional programmes is occurring. Modern programmes which were originally introduced to treat and educate people. This action developed from a framework of a chaotic emergency, through which we attempted to re-think which institution could be at a level high enough to be effective without any legal involvement. We have drafted psychoanalytical measures at the institution after the links between the concept of authority and decision strategies, but also between the transition from social symptom to particular symptom. |
