The interest of projected experiences in clinical psychological consultation: usefulness of psychical conflict

Summary : Based on the report that in psychopathology consultation clinical practitioner will be confronted with some enigmas, the authors propose to question the place of projective methods to approach psychical functioning. Here we present a meeting setting which included psychiatrist and psychologist. A clinical situation will illustrate how a meaningful a “capsule” can be built, in order to allow a work of psychical conflict through the three-way meeting of the psychiatrist, psychologist and the patient.
