Résumé   Article gratuit

Author(s) : Claude Schauder

Summary : Prevention and prediction in psychiatry.Confronted with certain screening policies for personality disorders, how can we not alert the scientific community and health and social actors to what they are, volens nolens, associated with and the risk they run by complying? Having recalled certain recent proposals (including the Inserm report of September 2005) together with arguments enabling us to analyse the consequences as well as their scope and limits), we will propose some alternative avenues which we think it essential to explore.

Keywords : behaviour disorders, early relational disorders, prevention, screening, predictability, DSM
