Summary : Peptide receptor radiolabelled therapy (PRRT) constitues one of the most promising approach in the field of neuroendocrine tumors. Preliminary studies report a 30 % objective response rate in selected patients based on results of somatostatin receptor scintigraphy. Complexity of clinical research hampered a rapid PRRT development in France. Implementation of randomized study allowing predictors of response to be validated is a priority.

Keywords : radiolabelled therapy, neuroendocrine tumor, predictor of response
