Hématologie. Volume 14, Number 4, 291-7, Juillet-août 2008, Revue

Résumé   Article gratuit

Author(s) : Rémi Courbil, Patrick Fabrigli, Hélène Odent-Malaure, Olivier Garraud

Summary : The transfusional dead end is a rare but not exceptional situation in therapeutic. Because of its rarity, of its complexity and of the potentially important number of speakers, a collective management of this risk is necessary. It is, on one hand, about a global management of the risk, corresponding to the knowledge and to the respect for the organization and for the circuits in place, and, on the other hand, for the specific management of the risk, corresponding to the medical coverage by a transfusional therapeutic adapted to the clinical situation of the patient.

Keywords : transfusional dead end, management of the risk, transfusional therapeutic
