Multiple cutaneous squamous cell carcinomas arising in a patient with generalized morphea

Summary : Association of cutaneous scleroderma and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) has been reported in a few cases. We report a new case of multiple SCC which occurred in sclerotic patches on the leg. The role of factors explaining this association is discussed as immunosuppression or ulcerations.
