Summary : We report a case of multiple tumoral calcinosis on the head and back of a one‐year‐old boy who had no renal diseases. After an excisional biopsy of one of the tumors from the occipital region, all of the tumors spontaneously regressed without any further surgical or medical treatment. Although he had neonatal hepatitis, his liver function improved as well as the course of the spontaneous regression of the tumoral calcinosis. There has been only one case of a child with this condition in the literature.

Keywords : tumoral calcinosis, spontaneous regression, child
