Summary : We report a case of cheilitis granulomatosa of the upper lip associated with focal, odontogenic infection, nickel and cobalt hypersensitivity, and IgD lambda
monoclonal protein in a 58-year-old woman. The lip swelling resolved almost completely within about six months under treatment with indomethacin, 100 mg a day. Further examination revealed that she had asymptomatic IgD myeloma. |
