Summary : We report 2 cases of carcinoma of the penis occurring on thick white lesions (leukoplakia) associated with genital lichen sclerosus. The histological features of the whitish plaques are similar to the so-called, differentiated, intra-epithelial neoplasia defined by the International Society for the Study of Vulvar Disease (ISSVD), and should be considered as precancerous lesions. |
Keywords : carcinoma of the penis, epithelial dysplasia, lichen sclerosus. |
