Topical tacrolimus: a novel therapeutic intervention for recalcitrant labial pemphigus vulgaris

Summary : We report a case of a persistent lip ulcer in a patient with mucocutaneous pemphigus vulgaris, recalcitrant to various topical and systemic corticosteroids and immunosuppressants, which resolved following the administration of topical tacrolimus.
