Summary : We have read with interest the case report and review of the literature of INAZUMI et al. concerning intercellular IgA vesiculopustular dermatosis (IAVPD) [1]. The authors have include a reference concerning a case of IAPVD in a child [2], that should be replaced by another one [3]. This case was published twice and more recently after immunoblot of the patient's serum had demonstrated the presence of antibodies reacting with desmoglein-1 a in pemphigus foliaceus [3].
