Summary : A girl with multiple lesions of nevoid hypertrichosis and linear hypopigmentation following Blaschko's lines is presented. She had no extracutaneous anomalies. We hypothesize that this unusual coexistence of skin lesions may represent a further example of "twin spotting". |
