Therapeutics is a major challenge for all practitioners. Unfortunately, learning can sometimes be insufficient, especially at the beginning of an internship. Many difficulties are experienced by interns when they begin their first internships. Several studies have reported that the “young” intern felt inadequately prepared for prescription and that this period was a real challenge. 895 students took part in a study that took place between March 2015 and March 2016 in 17 medical schools in 15 European countries, including 2 in France in Toulouse and Montpellier. Despite the increasing number of educational technological supports (Smartphone applications, websites), this study emphasizes the fact that students are waiting for more practical benefit from teaching, including role play situations, notably on the prescription of medication.
